Our Strengths

Rapid development and flexible manufacturing system enables us to meet most of our customer's needs. Batch size is not at all a constraint to us for developing as well as manufacturing, if the same is production-wise feasible for both, new and developed bearings.
We export our bearings to developed countries like USA, UK, and European Union countries. At the core of Deepak Engineering Industries technical advancement is the involvement of the top management, which itself endeavors and supports new developments. We are driven by the belief that Indian technology has come of age and is now well on its way to taking its place under the sun of global excellence.

Our Plant

Our plant is located at Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan, India. Our facilities are built over 5,000 sq ft and manufacture over 1 million bearings spread over 250 different types alongwith ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. Located in a scenic environment, in the middle of rolling hills has given us the ability to respect the environment and be a community friendly company.
We think that the best ideas are born, when the employees are given the freedom, the environment and the training and opportunity to continuously improve their skills. Heat Treatment

Every bearing goes through the heat treatment process as required by the design and application. Our heat treatment uses furnaces with electronically controlled atmosphere, continuous and pit type furnaces for tempering and also includes a sub zero treatment plant along with salt bath furnaces for case carburizing and hardening of large diameter components.

Metrological Testing

Our facility has a in-house R&D staffed by well qualified engineers, a metallurgical lab using the finest gauges to critically follow the material behavior after every process. Our investment in the areas of testing and measuring and high quality technical training of our employees alongwith inputs from our customers has resulted in manufacturing the highest quality bearings.
